Job description / Role
I am currently looking to appoint an experienced Tendering Process Manager to work within the project procurement team, reporting directly in to the Tendering and Contracts Manager
The role is to manage the end - to - end tendering process, from RFP development / review through to the appointment of the consultant or contractor.
Requirements
**ESSENTIAL TO HAVE MINIMUM 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE PROFECT PROCUREMENT**
Seeking a candidate who has 10 years minimum experience within real estate project procurement, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior post.
The candidate MUST have deep exposure to the GCC resion and surrounding markets are preferred.
Must have a proven ability of building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential.
