Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Primary Purpose:
Preparation and submission of commercial and technical proposals

General Responsibilities:
- Track and record invitations to tender,
- Prepare pre-qualification, proposal material,
- Organise proposal files and folders,
- Maintain a database of proposals information.
- Maintain Artelia internal commercial tool
- To follow tendering procedures so that proposals are produced and distributed in a controlled, timely, and consistent manner.
- Any other responsibilities assigned to you by the Tendering Team Manager

Requirements

- Previous experience of 5+ years in a tendering coordination/bid coordination role, in a busy, high volume tender environment in the Engineering sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products including MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Well organised, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and projects
- Able to prioritise and manage tasks effectively, and to work independently
- Good secretarial/word/publishing skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a culturally diverse and multi-disciplinary environment
