Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

You will be responsible for providing around the clock duty management of Hamad International Airport terminal and concourses, closely synchronizing with the broader Airport Operations Control Centre.

You will ensure real time inspection and Terminal Duty Management, including areas such as the goods delivery area, lost property, special needs and medical requirements, and queues at passenger processing points.

You will also ensure that the entire airport system is informed and can be adaptive to developments in key terminal processes as well as provide clear line of sight to the Senior Manager of Landside & Terminal Operations on all terminal processes and performance.

Requirements

You will have a minimum of 7 years relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.

You will have 5 years or more experience in a customer survive role, with aviation and management training.

IATA certifications and airline operations training will be highly regarded.

Ability to work shifts at the airport providing cover 24 hours per day, 7 days per week on a shift rotation basis.
