The RoleThe RoleTo manage & organize all accounts related to his/her assigned territory in terms of mapping the territory and achieving sales target through the Standard Operating procedures. Duties & Responsibilities & Standards of Performance: I. Marketing Function: 1. Implement marketing plan set by management in coordination with supervisor by introducing new products and following up on developing and reinforcing existing ones. 2. Identify new business opportunities. 3. Constantly do research and studies in regards to the industry to keep his/her knowledge updated and share updates with retailers, practitioners & colleagues by providing them with articles and studies on regular basis. 4. Create, maintain and develop strong relationship with the doctors/clients in assigned territory. 5. Provide necessary training for practitioners and assistants about products and their use by assisting in operations & doing demonstrations & presentations. 6. Attend surgeries on regular basis to support the doctor’s or assistant’s queries and show follow-up on products sold. 7. Keep a professional image of the company by having high work ethics, superior product knowledge and solid information about products, procedures & competition and by spreading knowledge. 8. Process equipments in concessions after coordinating with his/her supervisor, and follow up on equipments on regular basis. 9. Handle customers’ complaints professionally after referring to sales manager. 10. Take personal responsibility for answering customers’ queries knowledgeably. 11. Make all efforts and queries to know about all the competitive products inside-out starting with composition, packaging, prices & offers. 12. Report all new and unusual pertinent market conditions, competitor’s activities and product performance information to supervisor. II. Selling Function: 1. Responsible for introducing and selling the full product line equally by applying selling techniques according to SOPs 2. Responsible for reaching sales targets for the assigned territory by following monthly schedule. 3. Responsible for increasing market share of the company in coordination with the Sales Manager. 4. Fully responsible for closing a sales deal in terms of taking orders, preparing quotations & offers within company price list or customer’s special treatment, agreeing on payment terms and placing orders at the customer service desk. Special Conditions for the Job: - Needs to be able to attend surgeries & assist in them if needed - Constant research & readings are a must. - This is a field job where the person is supposed to be on the road at all times. |
RequirementsRequirementsEducational Background: A Bachelor of Science, Business or Engineering (electrical, biomedical) or equivalent (5 years education after Bac), a MBA is a plus. Skills: • Excellent communication skills • Time Management skills • Negotiation skills • Good presentation skills • Researching Skills Abilities & Personal Traits: • Needs to have a strong personality, able to control the situation when needed. • Organized • Assertive • Needs to be able to perform under stressful situations. • Needs to be eager for learning. • Needs to be able to learn new concepts and always be aware of surrounding actions.
