Reporting to the National Sales Manager the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for developing the Al Futtaim Interior (AFI) business by achieving and exceeding agreed budgeted sales and margin, whilst managing the development of new and existing customer base within the appointed territory.

Key Responsibilities:

To ensure that the AFI business gets close monitoring, provide competitive rates, gaining competitive edge in product and pricing and ensure smooth completion of projects.
Achieve or exceed payment terms within agreed guidelines.
Develop & maintain Key Accounts within the assigned territory in conjunction with Divisional targets.
Gather, share and analyse market information on competitor activities.
Develop the Al Futtaim Interiors brand - Maintain a professional representation at all times for Al Futtaim Interiors brand positioning.
Identify opportunities to promote the brand including, but not limited to conferencing, industry networking and other knowledge based contact opportunities.
Communication and negotiation with internal and external customers across the appointed territories with regards to sales issues.
Focus on best practice, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and the drive for industry leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any field from a recognized University/Institution OR 5 years of additional qualifying experience in a similar role may substitute for the required education.
Excellent English Language skills - including written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels.
Work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Ability to simultaneously manage several projects.
3 - 5 years of Interior fit out experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills - ability to build relationships with customers.
Excellent presentation skills - will be required to prepare and conduct presentations to customers.
Avalid driving license.
Excellent IT skills with MS Office e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
Spoken Arabic will be an added advantage.
