Territory Sales Manager/ Account Manager/ Sales Manager required by the global IT vendor based in Dubai UAE to focus on selling IT solutions in to Enterprise accounts.
•Building and maintaining effective working relationships with customers both internal and external
•Working closely with the other sales team members to develop and enhance business
•Open new accounts effectively to maximize business opportunities
•Drive new business focused on large enterprises
•Drive new business with our strategic products
•Strategic account management
•Provision of timely and accurate reports on a regular and adhoc basis as directed by the Sales Director
•Close liaison with marketing, finance and other departments within Company to maintain maximum growth against targets
•Work closely with internal and external sales teams to identify, develop and close business requirements
•Should have strong exposure in UAE and other Middle East countries.
•The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT based selling into enterprise clients (Telco, Aviation, Gov etc) handling major accounts.
•Sound understanding of the sales environment with the ability to work towards and achieve targets (hunter mentality)
•Strong team player with a flexible approach
•Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
•Confident consultative sales manner on every level
•Ability to present, sell and close within a sales environment
•Flexibility to travel regularly within region
•Motivated by New Business sales
•Experience of selling IT security solutions
•Specific knowledge and sales experience of Private Sector and Government Sector specifically in UAE and Oman with existing relationships that can enable quick business wins
•Sound knowledge and understanding of Strategic Products and large enterprise
•Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets
•Experience of complex solution sales
•Experience of selling IT security solutions preferred
•Demonstrable experience of customer acquisition and retention
•Proven Ability to penetrate and close major accounts
•University degree in IT, Telecommunications, Business Studies or comparable work experience
