Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Achieve and exceed the annual sales targets for the assigned area and for each Line of Business (LOB)
- Define and propose a sales action plan to the Regional Sales Leader in coordination with the Product Sales Manager (PSM) and the Key Account Manager (KAM)
- Continuously look for customer acquisition and expanding LOBs within existing customers
- Develop and maintain a highly effective distributor network
- Provide technical training and support when needed to distributor sales forces
- Establish and execute defined growth sales plans with distributors
- Visit largest end- users to identify needs and convert them to products and services
- Build a value proposition to differentiate Honeywell Safety Products (HSP) offer from competitors
- Support distribution channels by generating sizable orders and leads for them
- Join and assist distributors sales force with end user visits to specify and win new business
- Monitor competitors activities in the market by updating local database
- Participate in local exhibitions, promotion campaigns and product training programs for potential/ existing customers
- Contribute in preparing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Assure the deployment of large account plan in coordination with the KAM
- Penetrate targeted vertical market segments (e.g. construction, oil & gas, utilities) as appropriate and maintain relationship with existing key accounts
- Understand and analyze PPE market, main competitors, market trends, pricing etc
- Suggest MARCOM activities that will contribute to support the growth within the territory and/ or region
- Proactively involved/ leading effort in product life cycle including launch of product and promotion
- Report regularly sales activity, opportunities and competitor activities using CRM

Requirements

- Degree level qualification
- Minimum of 3- years of sales experience, selling to end-users and distributors
- Good technical understanding of PPE products
- Experience managing distributor relationships
- Fully conversant with MS Office
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
- Additional languages an advantage
- Driving license
