Job description / Role
- Hands on test script creation, maintenance and execution
- Analysis of product requirements and manual test cases in order to produce an automated test plan
- Integration of automated test tools with other industry software such as HPQC/ALM and JIRA
- Advising our clients on suitable automation solutions.
- Take responsibility for improving the testing efficiency through automation
Requirements
- Necessary Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years previous experience of test automation and implementing test strategies
- ISTQB/ISEB qualification or equivalent practical experience
- Understanding of structured test methods and processes
- Experience in automation tool frameworks
- Experience of using testing tools such as HP Quality Center
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium
- Strong, demonstrable Python scripting skills
- Experience of multiple project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
- Ability to work independently in a high pressure environment
- Telecommunication and media industry experience a definite plus
- Excellent client facing and communication skills
- Excellent English is a must. Arabic or German is a plus
