The RoleThe RolePosition Summary This role will require knowledge of Microsoft Server and Workstation ( local area netwprklocal area network and run multi user operating systems), Networking, Electro Optics as well as Command and Control systems. Works at sites within the Middle East and ensures the quality of records, acceptance certificates, documentation for specific systems, hardware and infrastructure are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements. Coordinates with the Headquarters Engineering Integration Manager to ensure milestone dates are understood for each task. Assists with the completion of as-built documentation before handing to the next department. Review inspection and test plans against the milestone scope of work. Assists the Headquarters Engineering Integration Manager to compile the turnover documentation including coordinates any inconsistencies in test packages. Responsibilities Updates and maintains SIT/SAT/OSAT documents Should possess testing and commissioning experience with the ability to update and produce acceptance test procedures Coordinating testing and commissioning product features and components Participates in all aspects of quality control, including reviewing requirements, developing test structures (concepts, plans, and cases) and testing the product Designs, implements and executes system level tests and product feature tests Develops and maintains automatic testing tools Performs allocated tasks from the manager Skills and Experience 4+ years experience in quality control and testing related platforms Experience and knowledge in QA methodologies: design, implement and execute test plans Experience in testing communications including wireless and wired Experience with MS Windows Server and Workstation in an Active Directory Environment Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, VLANs, routers and switches High standard of written and verbal English Experience in electrical installations is an advantage Driving licence- Mandatory Personal Competencies Possesses a genuine interest in testing, career progression and improving personal QA knowledge Excellent documentation skills Team player |
RequirementsRequirementsIn order to be considered for this role, the Candidates MUST be willing to work on shifts / rotation: 3 Months ON, 10 Days OFF MUST have prior experience working with the Military or in hot / humid conditions MUST be willing to work on SINGLE status MUST be willing to work in challenging conditions like rigs, desert, off-shore, etc. MUST be able to drive in the UAE from day 1. MUST be willing to take an annual salary of $75000 (Tax-Free) + Accommodation + Transport + 4 Return Flights + Medical + 1 Month salary Bonus + Food Due to security reasons, we can only consider candidates with first national origins from either Europe, North America or Australasia. |
