Job description / Role
KEY PURPOSE:
To perform system tests and take care of test facilities
Support (preparation and execution) of the customer acceptance tests.
Potentially offer support of the installation and configuration of the system at customers.
Potentially contact person for the customer in case of technical questions.
Prepare and execute system tests in coordination with the development and customer project teams.
Prepare and execute system tests in coordination with the customer project teams.
Prepare test cases according to the functionalities/input delivered from the development and customer project teams.
Provide test reports for the development and customer project teams.
Analyse problems together with SW developers.
Requirements
Completed training in computer science or in a comparable area.
At least 4 years of experience in testing of large and complex software systems.
Knowledge of windows operational systems and networks.
Very good English language skills.
Ability to work independently and reliably.
ISTQB certification desirable.
If assigned for customer visits:
• Very good relevant language skills.
• Sure in dealing with customers.
Enhancing all the above areas.
Detailed understanding on Trapeze ITS products.
Building knowledge of used SW tools (TestComplete, TestLink, Doors, iET, …).
Developing understanding of the transport industry.
Developing understanding of Trapeze reporting principles and approach.
