Employment: Full Time

This is a 12 month contract
Rate- 30K AED per month all inclusive

Project Manager of Testing is required. This is an EXCEPTIONAL opportunity to work with an EXTRAORDINARY and hugely SUCCESSFUL company.
This person will create the test strategy for large and complex projects with functional and non-functional requirements.

Requirements

Technical skill Sets –
• Minimum 5 years of Test Management experience
• Experience in creating test strategy for large complex projects with functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience in managing multiple projects at a time.
• Experience in working with project team and business stakeholders
• Managing a team of testing professionals
• Minimum 5 years of Test Management experience
• Experience in test strategizing big projects with functional and non-functional testing
• Experience in professional courses covering all elements of the System Development Life Cycle
• Minimum 8 years of specialist technical experience, ideally within a project based IT environment. During which it should include IT Project management (minimum 3 years), with a good experience to industry std Project management and Development life Cycles, Change implementation planning and management, Systems Development Management, PM tools, Application support & Business analysis, People management Experience in IT project management in a CMMI environment will definitely be an added advantage. Excellent and assertive communications and influencing/negotiating skills ideal pre-requisite.
• Implement the long term technological road maps for specific assigned technologies that will support the growth of the client over the next 3-5 years
• Experience in IT project management in a CMMI environment is preferred.
Knowledge/skills
• Expert knowledge of application operations
• Expert abstract reasoning, problem isolation and trouble shooting skills
• Good knowledge of ITIL practices
• Experienced in working under pressure and tight deadlines
