Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

* Greet and welcome people to our stores in timely fashion.
* Ensure that customers feel relaxed and valued and know where and how they can get help.
* Be aware of waiting times and overall store customer flow.
* work with the store manager or team leader to balance workload and ensure the whole team works together to minimise waiting times.
* Liaise with all members of the store team.
* Achieve all set monthly service KPI's and deliverables.
* Identify retention/customer save opportunities.
* Minimise customer chum by greeting customer in timely fashion.
* Take responsibility for your store and your customers.
* Participate where needed in customer evenings and off site training as required.
* Be involved as necessary with operational aspects.
* Be aligned to the Vodafone Way and adhere to the Vodafone Code of Conduct and report any activity that falls outside this.

Requirements

* Diploma degree
* English/Arabic fluency
* Basic Computer skills e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

* Self-motivated.
* Good Planning and organisational skills.
* Communication skills.
