Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Core function of this position is to support the Ticketing Manager with managing both the retail outlet and call centre sales channels.
• Day to day to management of retail outlets including staff rostering, supervision of end of day cash and credit card reconciliation as well as ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are provided for by the retail staff.
• Responsible for quality assurance, supervision and ongoing training of outsourced Call Centre.
• Responsible for ensuring cash management processes are being strictly followed. This person will spend at least 2 days per week in the field working with the outlets.
• Resolution of customer complaints and issues, including escalation to senior management where necessary.
• Responsible for processing and managing all cash and credit card refunds.
• Minimum bi-weekly collection of cash and banking from all retail outlets.
• Responsible for monitoring and responding to customer queries submitted via the website.
• Responsible for producing daily and weekly cash and sales reports.
• Recruitment and training of retail outlet and call centre staff.
• Assist with ad hoc duties as requested by the Ticketing Manager.

Requirements

This position is only for UAE Nationals.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing multiple staff, be extremely time flexible and able to work autonomously. Proven cash handling and conflict resolution experience is a must.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- At least two years experience managing staff including training, shift rostering and providing staff evaluations and feedback
- Demonstrable leadership skills and initiative
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution experience
- Proven cash handling experience
- Attention to detail
- Fluent English and Arabic including regional variations
- Flexibility and ability to work in a variety of working conditions i.e. onsite, call centre, office
- Proven communication skills are a must
- The successful candidate must also be an excellent team player
