We have three modern manufacturing facilities in Saudi Arabia and an integrated independent facility premised in UAE. We specialized in manufacturing, Food Cans, Aerosol Cans, Paint & Industrial Cans, Plastic Pails & Components.

Our organization is looking for an experienced metal tooling and process engineer to overseeing the rebuilding process of the tooling dies in the metal forming department and to drive the process improvement and cost reduction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

•Lead the tooling and metal forming department as well as direct our suppliers in the design and manufacture of metal forming tooling.

•Responsible for rebuilding, maintaining the tooling dies for all the metal forming equipment

•Participate in the product design process through appropriate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) input in metal components

•Participate and work with tooling suppliers to develop new metal process tooling, processing, and quality specifications

•Manage projects with formal plans, employing distinct milestones, metrics, and timeliness while leading cross-functional teams.

•Develop and maintain plant processing data and equipment specifications including preventative and predictive maintenance requirements to achieve OEE targets.

•Utilize Six Sigma and lean manufacturing in the development of tooling and processes for metal part manufacture.

Requirements

Education & Skills required

•Engineering degree with min 5 years experience in the metal forming industry.

•Extensive knowledge of tooling design and process for metal forming, including stamping and drawing process

•Strong material and metallurgical knowledge of metals, especially aluminum and steel

•Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance tooling consumption.

•Attention to detail and highly organized

•Experience in can or end making and packaging equipment is a definite asset
