FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company.We are currently looking to recruit a Tools Sales Representative to be based within Famco's Abu Dhabi team. The responsibilities of this role will include:* Receive customer enquiries, walk in customer and identify customer requirement.* Check availability of required items and prepare quotation within 24 hours, based on the customer requirement and company guidelines.* Follow up on given quotations and negotiate prices. * Arrange for delivery to customers where necessary* Work within agreed discount structure with regards to customer terms, taking into account sensitive areas such as credit.* Identify potential customers and communicate to sales team for further action.* Maintain a positive relationship with customer for protecting companies interest and increase of the sales.* Ensure that customers needs are understood and fulfill them with the highest quality standards for complete customer satisfaction* Ensure that accurate information on competitors are provided to the sales manager thereby supporting the development of strategies that are aimed at increasing market share. * Ensure all documentation related to stock movement, both routine and exceptional, is accurately recorded within the stock control system* In cases of non-availability of products, prepare special orders for the sales manager/ inventory department for timely receipt* In case of goods return by customers, process sales return as per company guidelines

Suitable candidates should have the following skills and experience:Â * At least 3 years experience in the sales of tools. Â * Ability to understand the customer requirement and convince the customer suitability of products handled.* A good understanding about air tools, hand tools, belts, couplings, etc. * Capability to demonstrate a professional service to customers* Very good computer skills, familiarity with SAP systems will be an added advantage.* Fluency in English communication skills* Arabic language skills would be preferred but not essentialÂ
