Toyota, our ever popular brand, is rightly the predominant profile in its class on the UAE's roads and caters for a wide range of motoring enthusiasts.We are currently looking to recruit a number of Toyota Dealer Principals to work across various locations in the UAE. Reporting to the Head of Retail - Toyota, you will be responsible for driving sales and service revenues for all Toyota Showrooms and Aftersales facilities. You can demonstrate a record of success in Sales and Aftersales, you are entrepreneurial with a good record of building top class teams, and you have an excellent command of dealership management accounts. If you think you can create a ‘Team of Eagles' to smash all volume and revenue records then we want to meet you.  You are a seasoned and competitive automotive professional with experience in both Sales and Aftersales. You are passionate, you love autonomy and can grow market share with a first class customer experience at the heart of everything you do. You have excellent motivational skills; you are culturally sensitive and are able to develop strong working relationships. This role is all about results, so you must have a high level of numeracy and interpretation skills plus the ability to deliver the bottom line whilst adhering to Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).You must also have the following skills, qualifications and experiences:* Be able to demonstrate entrepreneurial flair* Be able to demonstrate leadership and development of teams* Be competitive & results focused* You will have a degree from any recognised University or equivalent* Experience of the 'Toyota Way' would be an advantage* Arabic speaking a distinct advantage* UAE/GCC experience preferred* Cultural awareness is a necessity* One of these positions is reserved for a UAE National
