Track Maintenance Manager

Job description / Role

Prepare, apply and monitor track and civil maintenance plan and ensure its implementation and Track the civil maintenance improvement in technical economical, reliability and safety aspect, Evaluate maintenance staff, Mentoring staff and improve rail culture, Benchmarking NSR maintenance to the world best practice, Implement maintenance innovations.
- The Track and Civil Maintenance has several challenges that would require the manager to be highly effective, well-organized and competent.
- Providing effective financial management to ensure financial expenditure is consistent with allocated budgets.
- Ensures that safety/ operational regulations and requirements are met.
- Reporting to Infrastructure Director and implement track and civil maintenance plans.

Monitor all department activities e.g. execution, planning, Administration, MoW, Equipment, training, certification etc. to ensure implementation.

Direct management of department human recourses, decision making of maintenance priorities and strategy implementation.

Requirements

Minimum Master of science with Infrastructure specialty

At least 10 years in relevant sector

Decision making in complicated infrastructure maintenance environment, strong communications and management skills, lateral thinker and tenacious.
