Spanning 3 million square metres Cairo Festival City is a visionary mixed use urban community strategically located just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport, along the Cairo Ring Road. Cairo Festival City features Egypt's first indoor-outdoor retail and entertainment resort combined with luxury residential communities, prime office spaces, internationally renowned hotels, schools and an automotive park all set within a lush landscaped environment.We are seeking to hire a Tractor driver who will be responsible for driving and operating the tractor in a safe and appropriate manner inside and outside Cairo festival City, your job responsibilities will be including & not limited to:
* Operate the tractor in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life.
* Performing the assigned jobs accurately and carefully.
* Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
* Clean equipment as scheduled and/or required.
* Ensure heavy equipment is safely and securely stored.
* Participate in routine maintenance.
* Deal with residents and members of the public in a courteous and respectful manner
* Follow the organizational rules of safety, security and maintenance.
* Make note of, report on any such complaints, and respond in a courteous and respectful manner.
Requirements
As a Tractor Driver; you must demonstrate the following Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Diploma Degree.
Minimum Experience:
Not less than 5 years' experience in this field.
Job-Specific Skills:
* Heavy equipment operator license.
* Egyptian driving license third degree.
* Ability to operate required equipment in accurate and responsible manner.
* Understands safety regulations.
* Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
Behavioural Competencies :
* Be honest and trustworthy.
* Be respectful.
* Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
* Flexible.
* Demonstrate sound work ethics.
* Deal with the public in a positive, courteous and respectful manner.
