Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The successful candidate should have at least 5 years experience in an Account Manager capacity ideally within the IT software space. You should have demonstrable experience in account management and an excellent understanding of the IT software market. It is essential you are adept at speaking to senior decision makers and can drive results to ultimately grow revenue from existing customers. You should have excellent English and Arabic communication skills whilst a bachelors Degree in business or computer / information sciences along with knowledge of ITSM would be highly advantageous.Analyse the Market shares by channel as per Ac Nielsen by SKU. Monthly/ Quarterly Analyse the internal Sales data by channel by SKU. . Track and monitor POSM across Gulf. Ensure proper communication of Perfect Stores Target vs Achievement on monthly basis. Work closely with Sales teams and Merchandizers. Release the EDGE reports by required dates.

1. On time reporting.
2. Keeping record of POSM.
3. Timely execution of activities Category Management, Health & Beauty Projects, Perfect Store,Bushfire, My Perfect Store.

Maintain relationships within:
- The company: NPI, Sales Team across Gulf, Cat Op, BB Teams, Warehouse, Logistics.
- Outside Company: 3rd Party NLT.

3. Strong follow up and send regular updates to his/her line manager.
4. Capability to execute Category/Country/Channel specific projects such as Category Management, Health & Beauty Projects, Bushfire, My Perfect Store.
5. Engaging with Sales team to make sure that they execute On Shelf Strategies.
6. Updating perfect store one pagers and Trade Category Plans.
7. Engaging with POSM suppliers to produce on shelf POSM ideas that differentiate UL from the competition.
8. Executing Category Management Projects from A to Z and preparing planograms for responsible Categories.
9. Using EPOS data and suggesting 6 P Strategies for the account teams.
