The RoleThe RoleLeading 3PL, Warehousing and Transport Salary package up to US$ 71,000 + standard benefits + commission Based in Dubai, UAE Our client is one of the leading 3rd Party Logistics Service providers with presence in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, South-East Asia and Far East. They are now seeking to recruit an experienced Trade Lane Manager. This role is based in Dubai, UAE. This is a frontline selling position and will be responsible for at least 2 trade lanes (HKG / China to Dubai, Germany and Spain to Dubai, East and South Africa to Dubai, USA to Dubai). Responsibilities: Proactively seek out new business opportunities whilst identifying opportunities for growth within existing business Develop a clientele by lead sharing and market intelligence. Set a Trade lane structure in place between company offices at specific route & UAE Initiate dialogues with key decision makers (middle level managers) of respective products and draft a trade development strategy (both short and long term) between the corridors Complete an in-depth needs analysis for the client and identify areas of the business where value added services can be provided to optimize the organizations supply chain and logistics function. Close the sale and assist in the implementation process linking in with operations, customer service and senior management teams Manage the relationship between the dedicated operations team, client, finance and any other key stakeholder Deliver exceptional customer service throughout all stages of the process and meet operational profit and growth targets |
RequirementsRequirements Should have at least 5-7 years of hardcore field sales experience with reputed companies in Dubai. Significant experience and demonstrated results in managing a key trade lane, formulating growth targets and independently achieving these. Should be a go getter and can make things happen. Excellent command over English. Knowledge of Arabic desirable. Excellent MS office and written skills. Should have worked in RFQs of multinational companies |
