Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Contribute to the development of the business in the Middle East through defining and implementing the Trade Marketing Plan in the Region (Middle-East + India) for both Local Market and Travel market

- Define the Trade Marketing Strategy and Plan:

- Contribute to formulating the local strategy for the Trade Marketing closely with the Marketing Manager based on the marketing brand strategy and the local objectives

Requirements

1- Define the Trade Marketing Strategy and Plan :

- Contribute to formulating the local strategy for the Trade Marketing closely with the Marketing Manager based on the marketing brand strategy and the local objectives
- Responsible for defining the Trade Marketing Plan, putting together the yearly calendar and ensuring the consistency of the communication/marketing tools for all the launches/events

2- Implement the Trade Marketing plan within the Region:

- Responsible of the proper implementation of the plans within the respect of the deadlines and the quality expectations
- Coordinate with Paris HQ for the implementation of the guidelines on all travel activities
- Communicate with the Brand Managers to consolidate feedbacks and needs
- Lead the Events calendar and deliver objectives of events both strategic and from a cost management perspective (concept, brief, budget, analysis…)
- Ensure the follow-up and communication are done with the VM to keep a high standard quality of our POS
- Coordinate with the commercial and Training team regular feedback and follow-up (monthly bases) on the event and up-date marketing plan vs business strategy

3- Reporting:
- Responsible for preparing the budget based on the agreed strategy and Trade Marketing Plan, ensure that it remains relevant and up-dated at all times
- Consolidate and prepare the elements for the budget and revisions (BU/LE)
- Elaborate the Forecast for the Trade Marketing Plan of the coming year in line with the Marketing guidelines and the local business strategy
- Review the results of the launches/events/trade marketing activities through quantitative and qualitative analysis and make recommendations
- Ensure regular update on the Trade Marketing activity done by our competitors

4- Management:

- Manage and develop the Trade Marketing Executive
- Ensure good communication between Executive and the internal & external relations
