NTS Group is currently working with a leading multinational consumer company to recruit a Trade Marketing Manager for the HQ based in Dubai.

This position exists to lead the category development and leadership in pharmacy channel and develop the business in modern trade channel. This has the responsibility of creating trade partnerships around the company value proposition.

Planning:
- Create, update and maintain the trade/ customer marketing strategy & plan/ channel
- Integration of CM plans with brand marketing plan and customer business planning.
- Work with the brand manager to deliver activation plan efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop below the line brand strategy and implement appropriate measures to increase brand presence
- Channel strategy, Category & Product strategy by channel

Channels & Customers:
- Negotiate contracts & enhance the partnerships
- Develop the category in Modern trade & other non-traditional channels ( Modern trade ,electronic shops , Airport, airlines)
- Build account/channel specific Customer marketing plans to deliver category/brand objectives in conjunction with Brand
- Ensure the TM fundamentals are met across channels, countries & key customers (5Ps )
- Create, update and maintain the trade/ customer activity calendar

Execution:
- Lead execution of plans & activities including customized offerings
- Work with Key Account managers to ensure excellence in in?store activation and delivery of Business Plan.
- Ensure cat / channel output is integrated into CM Plans as input in Customer Brand Plans.
- Develop and execute layout of products, POS material and marketing collateral in line with marketing objectives
- Ensure localization, MOH approvals, production of POS.
- Maintain effective working relations and contacts with key external parties (Customers, Partners, and Vendors)
- Set/Run a variety of consumer and trade promotions
- Negotiate & Buy BTL media

Budget & resource optimization:
- Manage total trade investments & FOC meters.
- Monitoring progress of against targets
- Analysis of customer / channel ROI advising relevant actions to enhance it.
- Provide reports on brand performance, marketing initiatives, customer mix, and post event reports
- Consolidate and prepare the elements for the budget and revisions
- Review the results of the launches/events/trade marketing activities through quantitative and qualitative analysis and make recommendations
- Insights & Research (Customer & Shopper)
- Document Key Shopper Facts, Understandings and future trends (Retail Environment/Category)
- Define shopper insights that will lead to competitive advantage, share Recommend Shopper Insight Research Opportunities by R/E ?
- Identify Opportunities for Shopper Insight Application

Requirements

- BSc or Marketing , MBA is plus
- Minimum of 4 years hands on experience on Customer Marketing, National Account Management in the region.
- English or Arabic Speaker, French is a plus
- Prior experience in Middle East markets
- Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills
- Able to communicate effectively to all levels in the organization.
- MS Office knowledge especially PowerPoint & Excel
- Ability to drive change; excellent presenter who is able to convey ideas in a simple and clear way to energise the organisation into action.
