RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Dimension:
- Responsible for planning, executing and evaluating a value creating visibility and promotional programme to Beat the Competition.

Market Complexity:
- Role operates in a competitive and visible retail environment in both Travel Retail and Domestic channels. Requires a deep understanding of complex shoppers, consumers and customer’s motivations as well as the complexities working in a region where restrictive legislation applies.

Leadership Responsibilities:
- Own communication between commercial & marketing teams to facilitate development & alignment of channel marketing plans.
- Influencing key stakeholders in commercial & marketing teams, key customer contact and relevant contacts across GTME teams.
- Stringent Management of Advertising & Promotion investment

Purpose of the role:
- Plan, develop & execute promotional and visibility activity in Gulf that will establish the region as the most celebrated across GTME for the innovative activations, flawless implementation, driving Company sales in line with business performance targets.

Accountabilities:
1. Understand Commercial Opportunity & Build Plan to Deliver that Opportunity
2. Flawless Execution to Win Visibility & Beat Competition.
3. Effective Measurement & Evaluation of A+P Spend.

Requirements

Graduate calibre or equivalent.
• Three years commercial/trade marketing experience, ideally gained within a complex retail brand environment.
• Strong track record in budget management and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multi-priorities and complex projects at one time.
• Ability to inspire and influence across cultures and levels.
• Challenge conventional thinking and propose creative solutions.
• Comfortable with analysing data, process driven with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in order to build strong relationships.
