Trade Marketing & VM Executive - Beauty

Job description / Role

Our client, a Multinational Beauty Business, is looking for a Trade Marketing &VM Executive to plan and execute events across retailers in the region, develop the VM strategy for these events and ensure all parties are aligned for successful execution.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Plan the annual events calendar per retailer across the GCC alongside the sales and marketing teams and develop tools to support these events
- Determine a VM strategy and guidelines for all marketing collateral and visuals as per the marketing calendar
- Manage the budget in accordance to the Brand's budget
- Present and negotiate trade plans with retailers
- Analyse sales to evaluate the success of events

Requirements

- 3 or more years trade marketing or VM experience in beauty, retail or FMCG
- Experience in managing a budget
- Excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and strong follow-up
- Strong MS Office skills ; SAP exposure is an advantage
