Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Maintaining trademark files and calendars, ensuring completeness and that all due dates are met.
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Corresponding with clients on trademark related issues.

Requirements

- At least 2-3 years experience in a similar role.

Specialist knowledge:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) and an ability to work individually, on a project and/or in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, coordination of multiple projects and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- General office skills: filing, faxing, emailing, meeting notes.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Complete discretion and ability to work with confidential information.
- Background in TM is an advantage.

Language Skills: English & Arabic (beneficial)
