Job description / Role
Our client is a leading global trading platform and FTSE 250 listed business. They are looking to expand their trade services team in their Dubai office in order to provide first class support to their global client base
Reporting to the COO, Trading Services' role is to provide first class support to the organisations client base in all aspects of service delivery
This will include:
•Execution of all trades for the client base
•Trade dispute resolution
•Supporting our various technical & mobile platforms
•General assisting with any client queries that arise
Once fully competent in all aspects of client support, the successful candidate will begin to gain more responsibility for executing trades. In the longer term, the successful candidate may be given exposure to direct client management.
This is an entry level position, offering extensive and on-going training, providing individuals with a good foundation to further develop their careers into other exciting areas of the business. Good role for a graduate looking to get into a trading business / financial services.
Requirements
•Western Educated, MUST have a strong educational background
•High Level of Numeracy
•A keen demonstrated interest in, and understanding of, financial markets.
•6 months work experience in a client facing role, administrative role
•Attention to detail
•Arabic Speaker preferred
