Job Purpose:
To provide first class support to our global client base in all aspects of service delivery.

Job Overview:
Reporting to the Trading Services Manager, Trading Services role is to provide first class support to the client base in all aspects of service delivery.

This will include:
- Execution of trades for the client base
- Trade dispute resolution
- Supporting our various technical & mobile platforms
- Generally assisting with any client queries that arise.
Once fully competent in all aspects of client support, the successful candidate will begin to gain more responsibility for executing trades. In the longer term, the successful candidate may be given exposure to direct client management.

This is an entry level position, offering extensive and on-going training, providing individuals with a good foundation to further develop their careers into other exciting areas of our business.

The team is required to work shifts throughout the week, with approximately two late shifts per week, to ensure there is adequate support for the different time zones and international markets that we cover. It may occasionally be necessary to work at weekends and/or Bank Holidays.

Requirements

- Educated to A-Level (or equivalent)
- Fluent in Arabic (verbal and written)
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of numeracy
- A keen, demonstrable interest in, and understanding of, financial markets
- 6 months experience working in a client facing, administrative role (this could be gained either through a gap year or as part of a student part-time role)
- Pays attention to detail
- Works well under pressure
- Self-motivated and able to work at a consistently high standard
- Able to take proactive action when necessary
- A logical and analytical approach
- Very well organised with good time management skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Fluency in another language
- Experience working within a financial environment
