Job description / Role
Our client is a leading Western Engineering and Design Consultancy that specialise in major infrastructure projects and they are looking for a Traffic Planner / Traffic Engineer to join Qatar's Bridge & Transportation Department.
The successful candidate will have the specific responsibility of working on Traffic/Transportation projects while also be assisting other departments in writing proposals for large transportation and infrastructure projects.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a western educated Traffic engineer with at least 5 years of overall Transport Planning experience. You must have experience working on roadways and highways, complex interchanges, and traffic management & planning works as well as experience on performing Traffic Impact Studies.
It is preferred if you have experience working on Design-Build projects. The successful candidate is expected to work alongside multidisciplinary infrastructure design teams and diversity in your experience is desired.
