The RoleThe RoleDAL Group aims to attract and recruit fresh and talented Sudanese graduates from overseas Universities and enroll them into an extensive 24-month Graduate Development Program under its Talent Management umbrella. The successful candidates upon the completion of the program will be offered employment opportunities and fast-tracked within the different Business Units. |
RequirementsRequirementsDAL Group Graduate Programme Entry Requirements: In order to be eligible for selection to this program a Sudanese candidate must meet the following criteria: • A highly rated recent University Degree (First class or Second Class Upper) in any subject. • Degree obtained from a reputable University. • Age not more than 25. • Fluency in English. • Strong aspiration of building career within DAL. • Active participation in extracurricular activities. • Good analytical and thinking mind. • Mature and intelligent. • Fast learner with an outgoing personality. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. |
