You will be interviewing graduates and assessing their suitability for various recruitment and sales opportunities. This role demands someone that has a big personality to be able to build rapport with both clients and candidates.

This role will also involve generating new business with external clients via cold- calling and networking. You will need to demonstrate a natural ability to be able to capture Company Directors' attention so they buy into you as a person and your services. This is a tough part of the role but bespoke training will be provided to ensure you reach your maximum potential.
