The Role


The Role


A training institute providing training courses in various areas of business catering to the financial services industry of Saudi Arabia. They currently need to hire few candidates in various fields as follow:

- Credit and Risk Managment
- Investment
- Insurance
- Training specialist in banking and finance.
- Islamic Banking

As Faculty Member your responsibility will include the following:

• Identify training and educational needs by constantly interacting with training managers, functional heads and other senior executives of client banks and other companies offering financial services.
• Design, develop and write material for new training and educational programs.
• Conduct open and closed training programs / workshops / seminars.
• Identify and liaison with faculty (domestic / foreign) for writing course material / conducting new programs, where in-house expertise is not available.
• Review the design, course contents etc. of the existing programs in the light of the latest developments in the field and feedback received from participants and periodically update the course material.
• Marketing of the open and closed programs
• Take up time bound research / study projects pertaining to areas to topical interest to the clients and which are likely to provide new inputs for the future training programs of the Institute of Banking.

• Candidates must have solid educational background in the area of expertise, minimum is a Master's degree.
• Must possess good work experience in the field in a reputable organization.
• Additional, they should be able to conduct training as well as to develop training materials within their field.
• PREVIOUS TRAINING EXPERIENCE NOT ESSENTIAL.
• EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING OF NEW STAFF MEMBERS WILL BE FAVOURABLE.
• Excellent and sound knowledge in the above stated disciplines essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to teach and impart knowledge.
