Trainer

Job description / Role

Our client, a large retail group, is looking for a competent trainer for their retail team.

The job incumbent will be responsible for imparting soft skill and behavioural training to retail team members.

Building superior customer service skills along with focus on business objectives is the key responsibility of this role.

Requirements

Ideal candidate must possess prior experience of training in the retail sector. An ability to create training content and impart it effectively to different levels of retail staff is essential.

Good communication skills combined with an affable personality are key requisites of this job.
