Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Training Administrator will be reporting to Training & Development Manager

- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the Training and Development Team.
- Collate relevant statistics for reporting of Training and Development activities.
- Focal point for all administrative tasks within the Training and Development team ensuring appropriate documentation and authorisations are in place.
- Administer and maintain accurate training records and update the training database regularly.
- Administer the training booking process for all training requests and check for compliance to company Training and Development policy.
- Liaise with external training providers to research courses/events, co-ordinate bookings and provide appropriate feedback to the Training and Development Manager.
- Liaise and negotiate with external venues to meet course requirements and arrange bookings as required.
- Prepare and distribute training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms, visual aids, and presentations when necessary. Set up audiovisual equipment.
- Coordinate internal course delivery, including course profiles, venue bookings, joining instructions, refreshments/lunches and evaluations.
- Liaise with Offshore Administration and Logistics to ensure Offshore personnel are supported with training requirements
- Provide high quality services to all employees by telephone, email and face to face for all queries and training bookings.
- Continuously monitor and suggest ways of improving the quality of processes and administration though relevant feedback and data.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in HR or Business (preferable)
- 1-2 years HR/Training experience preferable
- 5+ years experience in an administrative position
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Strong internal drive and motivation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Excellent IT literacy (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
