The Role


The Role

Provide administrative support to the Training Center.

Accountabilities:
1. Prepare the Training Schedules as per the Training Plan in co-ordination with the Training Manager.
2. Announce or communicate the Training Programs to Departments and set reminders on the Training Schedules.
3. Post Training Schedules on the intranet on the 22nd of each month.
4. Check and update the employee attendance list and Participant Progress Report.
5. Organize the Class rooms as per the Training Schedules.
6. Type training articles, memos, circulars, letters”K
7. Collect and send photos, press releases to Marketing to publish in the Group”¦s
Newsletter/e-Synergy.
8. Receive and filter incoming mails and calls and route it accordingly.
9. Organize Snacks and Name labels during the Trainings.
10. Contact External Training Providers for training schedules, course content, fees”K
11. Maintain a record of all Training Agreements signed by Employees,Library Declarations,ISO Orientations,Monthly Training Reports”K
12. Perform other related duties as requested.

Requirements


Requirements

ƒį Education: Diploma in Secretarial studies or Office Management.
ƒį Experience : One year of experience.
ƒį Language : English and Arabic
ƒį Skills: Smart,presentable and good interpersonal skills.
