The RoleThe RoleMain Responsibilities: • Develop new courses; related presentations, course materials, research on delivering lectures on these new courses related to Health, Safety and Environment • Guide his team members in developing courses, update existing course content, and ensure high quality standard in training services. • Manage a team of 25 members ensuring smooth operation of training centre, build rapport with clients, suppliers and consultants. • Develop and implement procedures to enhance relationships between other operating divisions. • Provide an edge to the training centre functioning by closely monitoring the competitors, support sales team to excel in their efforts and achieve beyond the target Reporting to : General Manager Number required : 1 Duration : Permanent Desired start date : February 2012 Probation : 6 months Working hours : 0700 hours to 1600 hours, Saturday through Thursday Gross monthly base salary : QR.12,500/- per month Other Benefits : HRA QR.4,500/- per month, Married Status, Furnishing Allowance, 30 days annual leave, Annual ticket for self, wife and 2 dependent children up to the age of 18 years, Medical cover and other facilities as per Company's policy. |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications : Bachelor's degree from a recognized University/College Other certifications : Post Graduate business qualification preferable Previous experience : 15 years as a trainer in an industry based training institute of which 5 years shall be in the safety related training. Specialist knowledge : Good communication abilities Ideal Age Range : 40-45 years Gender Preference : Male |
