The Role


The Role


This newly created position will work closely with the Training Development Specialist to coordinate and plan Service Excellence training for our team of 900 Ground Services staff.

The successful candidate will coordinate training nominations and communicate upcoming training, produce training materials and aid, including multi-media tools, PowerPoint presentations, facilitator/participant workbooks, manuals, brochures, job aids, and posters; Assist with design and development of training programs, including lesson plans and training methods; Provides Service Excellence to both internal and external clients.

Must have at least University Graduate Degree with at least 3 to 5 years experience in administrative or similar experience with good administration, communication, time management and organizational skills, as well as the capability to multi-task and strong attention to detail and with excellent English communication skills (written and oral) and has experience in training in a multi-cultural environment.
