Position Summary:
The training coordinator is responsible to coordinate all training activities for the training section and also assists the Manager in developing, establishing, promoting and conducting training programs for employees.

This position requires the incumbent to have primary knowledge of the organizational rules and policies and adult education processes. The position requires the incumbent to be able to think and act within the repetitive and or patterned situations.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Maintains training calendars, course catalogs and descriptions
- Updates and maintains training email box and responds to employee requests and questions
- Coordinates all classroom workshops/courses, reserves rooms and necessary equipment, prepares materials for upcoming classes, prepares announcements, announces courses, sends reminders, manager registration of employees into schedule courses, follows-up post courses and prepare training certificates for course/program completion
- Tracks training hours and attendance, provide timely update and complete analysis
- Supports in all E-learning programs
- Manages vendor/external trainers relationship, supporting them with class room coordination, communication, and on sight support
- Supports Training Manger as needed with other various training projects.
- Assists in continually up-date and improve presentation and materials to stay abreast of new technology and ideas.
- Maintain files and records as necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- 3 years Diploma Business, Healthcare Administration, or HR, or the equivalent
- Preferred Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Healthcare Adminis tration or HR, or the equivalent

- Minimum Experience: 3 years
- Experience requirement may be waved for Qatari nationals
- Preferred Experience: 3 + years in any healthcare related organization.

- Computer Skills: Excellent
- Language Skills: English, Arabic preferred
