Parkhouse Bell is pleased to be recruiting for Assistant Manager of L&D for one of the leading hotels in the world with an established reputation in customer service.

Reporting to the Training Manager, your remit is to assist the Director of Organizational Development with coordinating and managing all administrative and training related functions within the department. 70 percent will be administrative and 30 percent training basic courses. Courses such as Excel basic and intermediate, basic time scheduling application and from time to time, some customer service courses. The role has room for growth for someone looking to learn the training function from the ground up.

Your duties include, but are not limited to, co-ordinating and directing all office functions, such as managing training records, budget preparation and training room setup. Assisting the training team with full administrative support, creating reports, providing research, and managing the schedule for the Director of Organizational Development.

A salary of dh5,000 + accommodation, transportation, flights, medical, and meals is on offer.

The successful candidate will be experienced in a support role that requires proactive behaviour, multitasking, thoroughness, and a problem solver. You should have exposure to multicultural teams; be familiar with high performance in training; and have demonstrable evidence of flexible working environments.
You will be charismatic, polished, and focused on first class service to ensure the highest levels of professionalism.
