Job description / Role
• Conducts periodic Training Needs Analysis, identifying and prioritizing training needs of terminal.
• Coordinates trainees and training providers and other concerned party towards the successful conduct of training programs.
• Assists implementing programs aimed towards establishing a Career Development path for employees
• Maintains, updates and analyses Career Development Data to generate information relative to the continuous improvement of Learning and Development initiatives.
• Coordinates the Company Induction Program
• Maintains and updates training records and databases
• Provides administrative support as required to the Training Manager and trainers / training providers during conduct of training.
• Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
• Psychology graduate/ post graduate, Trainer certifications will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 Years experience in training administration
• Capacity to design Training Programmes
• Good Communication Skills
• Excellent Presentation Skills
• Good Planning and Organisational Skills
• Good MS Office Skills
