Job description / Role
- Oversee the implementation of training and development plans for the staff of the development of national talent program.
- Follow-up on induction programs for new employees to ensure meeting its objectives.
- Supervise the intensive training programs for employees at the workplace and worksites.
- Supervise the employees performance evaluation to develop an appropriate training plan to improve the employee performance system.
- Oversee the careers paths and career development plans, especially for engineers, and follow-up on its application.
- Participate in developing succession plans for the staff.
- Oversee the evaluation and the outputs of the training programs and to study the results and find out methods of improvement.
- Supervise agreements and contracts with accredited academic institutions, whether internal or external, based on training needs.
- Evaluate the training programs and provided the recommendations for the programs as well as its implementing agency.
- Prepare and implement training budget

- PHD in Engineering
- 10+ Years of Experience in Training & Development / Engineering
