Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Develop and implement brand specific training program to new joiners and continuously coaches existing staffs to support their development. Assesses training needs, develops training courses, materials and offers solutions to meet development needs of individuals in the market. Ensure all staffs are well trained and knowledgeable to achieve Brand objectives.

Requirements

• Train and develop each BAs/Consultants/Artists to help them achieved their personal and team sales target in each events/promotions
• Understands brand P&L and identify the low and high performing stores and create action plan like events and training to help the stores/counters boost the retail sales performance
• Develop and implement training within Brand Intl package, adapting style & content to meet specific local needs
• Monitors & evaluates on the job performance to ensure brand standards, individual and market specific needs are met; assesses beauty advisor/sales staffs proficiency, identifies potential coaches.
• Helps identify potential successors & assists in planning learning for relevant future positions.
• Attend and participate in basic training and brand update, creative workshops, brand techniques and ultimate make-up seminars to observe the delivery by the facilitator and co-facilitators and provide constructive feedback, which includes a combination of positive feedback and areas of opportunity for future development.
• Provides coaching, constructive feedback, supervising, motivating and developing sales staff. Ensure subordinate effectiveness, beauty advisor’s productivity, team spirit improves.
• Lead or assist with special community projects, special event seminars and media events.
• Meet with the event producers, coordinators and stylists to establish the details of events including the make-up concepts.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers by educating them with the new products, features and benefits of the new and existing products.
• Performs other duties as directed in line with role and brand strategy.
