Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To assist in the planning, developing and implementation of developmental training objectives which are well-aligned to the strategies and goals of the business. This includes providing development training programs and evaluating techniques implemented and required for successful delivery of training programs.
- Assisting with the scheduling of training sessions, and booking / notifying all relevant parties.
- Taking responsibility for ensuring all training rooms / venues, equipment, catering arrangements, and other requirements are booked up or canceled in advance.
- Sending out appropriate pre-course information to delegates / managers in advance of training courses.
- Assist in the designing of a comprehensive Training Store Manager program for all new Store Managers.
- Assist in delivering the induction training programs to promote Brand awareness and product knowledge.
- Assisting with arranging induction program timetables for new joiners and ensuring that all preparation is done for the staff manuals for all new employees.
- Ensuring approval of course content is obtained in advance.
- Printing up of training support materials / handouts for training courses, and assisting with the creation or formatting of these where relevant.
- Assisting in training course set up / clear up before and/or after a training event.
- Maintain a Training Audit system, whilst continuously review to ensure consistent performance of the training is measure and maintained.
- Sending out course evaluation (feedback) questionnaires following training courses and compiling / communicating feedback to the training manager.
- To record and analyse evaluation of all training courses to ensure a constant review of the effectiveness of the training given.
- Ensure training activities meet with and integrate with business policies and requirements.
- Recording all staffs training attendance.
- Ensure a robust administration system of ball training programs is in place to administer and track all training programs.
- Arranging training provision as required by the business during annual leave / other absence of the training manager.
- Assisting in the delivery of training sessions at a basic/administrative level if required.
- Other training admin tasks not covered by the above.
- Providing general admin assistance and support for the training manager, trainers.

(A&F), with respect to its Hollister and Abercrombie & Fitch brands. The agreement is to develop Hollister and Abercrombie & Fitchs presence within the UAE, further supporting the brands international growth. As Abercrombie & Fitch Co.s first physical foray into the Middle East, the landmark joint venture partnership with Majid Al Futtaim Fashion should significantly broaden A&Fs regional potential across the GCC, further adding to the regions offering of exceptional market leading international brands.
