Training Instructor – 培训讲师 – Mandarin & English Speaker

The Role

Our client is one of the world's largest oilfield services company. They are currently looking for a Mandarin speaking Training Instructor to be part of their team who will be responsible for training and development in China.

Job Experience:

*Must be Mandarin speaking
*Drilling Experience is essential
*Compile Annual Training Requirement
*Analyse training needs specified in the annual training requirement in coordination with end users and supervisors
*Review the incoming training requests
*Identify training activities needed to satisfy the training requirements in cost effective manner
*Plan training activities in order to develop Annual Training Plan and obtain management approval
*Supervise execution of Annual Training Plan
*Review Training trip approval forms to ensure compliance with manual of financial authority and compliance with company policies and procedures
*Supervise training arrangements
*Ensure submittal of training assessment reports and certificates
*Develop adequate filing system for easy retrieval of documents when needed
*Evaluate training courses regularly to ensure quality and relevance
*Contact and liaise with senior colleagues
*Keep informed on the new publications, development of relevant training materials and utilise this information to recommend new updated training
*Develop career paths, progression and succession plans for all staff
*Participate in preparation of the Training and Development budget
*Recommend improvements to departmental policy and ensure the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of Training and Development activity
*Ensure compliance to all relevant Safety, Health and Environmental

Education & Background

*The ideal candidate would be from a training background however suitable candidates could have a background as a Well site supervisor or Drilling Supervisor and are looking for a change into a stabilized job.

*Required: Relevant Degree or relevant years of experience
