With more than 750 cafes, stores and restaurants the Alshaya Food division offers a range of roles for different hospitality backgrounds. Brands such as The Cheesecake Factory, Starbucks, P.F. Changs, Pizza Express and Shake Shack provide everything from quick service and casual up to fine dining. We launched 8 new brands across 2012 and 2013 and have more planned for 2014.

The Role:
We are looking for a Training Manager to join our passionate and energetic Service, Standards and Training team to drive hospitality standards across our Food Division. You will work with a diverse range of brands to ensure hospitality standards are appropriate and delivered at store level. By working with Brand Training Managers you will develop, deliver and evaluate supporting training materials as required.

Project Management is a key part of the role, delivering projects from concept to completion and utilizing the skills and knowledge of specialists within the division.

You will act as a Hospitality Ambassador for the Food Division, providing detailed analysis on our hospitality standards and delivery as well as ensuring hospitality is always on the agenda. Your ability to develop 'win-win' relationships with key stakeholders is paramount.

The role may involve travel to countries within the MENA region.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years F&B / Hospitality experience
* Minimum 2 years in a management role
* Previous Training role and/or training qualification
* Experience of working with franchised brands desirable
