Job description / Role
Our client, a multinational beauty business, is looking to hire a Training Manager to develop and implement training programs across the GCC to ensure the teams across retail partners are highly motivated and successfully representing the brand.
Reporting to the GM, your primary responsibility will be to:
- Adapt global training material to the local market and deliver training modules to teams across retail partners in the Middle East.
- Develop effective induction programs for new joiners
- Follow up and evaluate training results and develop new training accordingly
- Manage the training budget
- Ensure retail staff are motivated and the teams are representing the brand to the highest standards
Requirements
- Strong experience in training
- Experience in skincare or cosmetics is preferred but other backgrounds in the consumer and retail sectors are acceptable
- Must be open to travelling in the region
- Must have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; the Training Manager must maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Must be passionate and energetic
