Our Client is a leading Diversified Group currently looking for Training Manager for their QSR ,Casual Dining and Fast service Restaurants .The group is a multi-brands business expanding aggressively across the GCC region.
As a Training Manager you are responsible for setting up delivery systems in the restaurants. In charge of coming up with strategies to meet; Sales KPI's, Profitability and Cost Efficiency of the delivery segment. Plan and execute R&R programs, Training new managers, follow up on all Training procedures in the UAE. Ensure operational standards across all restaurants, create leadership and executive development programs. Conduct and supervise Training and Development programs for employees and management.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a Degree from a recognized institute. Should have worked in a similar position previously, ideally within Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). Should possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English is a must.
