Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a world wide multi national company we are recruiting an experienced Training Manager to cover the Middle East and Africa region.
The position reports to the HR Director for Middle East and Africa and be based in Dubai.
You will lead and manage the training team, equipment and systems within the yearly budget.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have worked as a Training Manager in the Middle East and with Multi National companies.
Arabic speaker would be preferred but Westerners will also be looked at.
Due to the travel and the countries a male candidate is preferred.
