The RoleThe RoleThis large retail organisation, based in Saudi, with many stores across the Gulf region is currently seeking a confident, engaging and outgoing Training Manager to be based in Jeddah covering training design and delivery for retail stores in the KSA region. Role will report to a HR Director. Identify learning and development needs for staff and managers (appraisals, PDPs, TNA, job analysis). Design and development training and development programmes and courses for all levels up to Board level. Design and produce training materials. Manage and keep within the training budget. Evaluate, monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs and return on investment. Keeping up to date and abreast of developments and trends in learning and development. Implement E-learning techniques |
RequirementsRequirements Saudi National candidates only (female preferred) Bachelors Degree in HR or equivalent business subject, Masters degree preferred Strong experience in the design and delivery of soft skills training (preferably in a retail environment) Outgoing, confident, engaging personality Highly organised, able and willing to travel around KSA and beyond Strong communicator, at all levels with exceptional spoken and written English and Arabic Retail industry experience preferred |
