The Role


A leading luxury retailer our client are looking to recruit a Training Manager to join their dynamic team based in Jeddah.

Reporting to the HR Director, the incumbent will analyze all performance reviews and establish training needs, you will develop an accurate training plan for immediate and future needs, including proposing improvements existing training strategies to achieve continuous improvement. You will proactively seek out training solutions for developing talent; develop standardized training events and material to be used for each designation. There will be a key focus on developing and up skilling existing talent, you will identify key high performers and ensure clear a clear succession plan is in place through training and development modules. This position will be extremely fast paced and hands on and will require the incumbent to consistently review the needs of the business and inline with the corporate culture.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar position. You must have a professional qualification in training and significant experience in training all levels of management. You must be a self starter and have the ability to think outside the box.
