Job description / Role
- Plan along with the business heads, the annual training calendar for the territory
- Track learning and development impact & monitor reports on a regular basis with the Concept Manager
- Ensure identification and analysis of training needs in coordination with Area Manager , Store Managers and provide inputs to the concept learning & development team
- Measure the ROI of training in the territory to show tangible benefits
- Research on training practices and processes being used by competitors
Requirements
Female trainer with 7 years retail training experience, training and development.
